‘Maximising Small Sites’ with Architecture Today

Hosted by Architecture Today, we recently shared our methodology to maximise constrained sites for residential development on an online webinar.

The webinar focused on 6 key projects, encompassing a railway site, sites with access constraints, former warehouse locations as well as sites with awkward angles and overlooking issues.

We shared our process which we use on all projects, merging story, urban design integration and constraints analysis to find the most efficient solution for each site:
