Rise of the Suburbs Panel with Architect @ Work

We were recently invited to talk at the Architect @ Work Summit hosted by Peter Murray, chair of the NLA, to discuss the impact of development on the Future of the Suburbs.

At Autor we use a deep analysis method to understand a site and its context, to produce a narrative for a site which in turn generates a scheme which meets the requirements of ever increasing density targets for Clients and Local Authorities, whilst maintaining and adding to the existing character, as evidenced by our scheme at Strode Road which was recently covered in the Architects Journal.

We believe that this approach combining People, Place and Profit at an equal weighting can produce schemes across London and its suburbs that meet the requirements of density and character.
