We are pleased to have submitted plans for a 35 unit residential scheme to Brent Council.
The curved design responds to local character and identity by relating to the heritage of the 1940’s Kingsbury Works previously located on the site. The company produced body parts for the Jaguar/Daimler DS 420 limousine, the Vanden Plas and the Tiger Moth and Mosquito aircraft during WW II.
As a 50% PD scheme, the project uses a stepped floor plan arrangement with a single access core to provide 100% dual aspect units. An existing tree is replaced by seven new large trees and a fully landscaped perimeter, echoing Kingsbury green opposite.
