Maximising density in Belfast

We were asked to review a residential scheme in Belfast to advise on improvements that could be made. Using our geometric approach, we found that it was possible to reduce the massing of the scheme from 8 to 5 storeys without the loss of units, maximise the masterplans footprint along the waterfront whilst integrating the site to retain clear unobstructed views through the scheme to the River Lagan.
